Company Description

Alameda County Social Services Agency (ACSSA) is a unified organization that delivers essential social services and support to individuals, families, and communities across Alameda County. Established in 1975 through a unanimous Board of Supervisors vote, ACSSA brought together key programs to strengthen its ability to serve, respond, and uplift residents in need. The agency continues to evolve, recently introducing a new brand identity and logo that reflect its mission and modern approach to public service. ACSSA’s work is guided by core values of Dignity, Integrity, Compassion, Shared Purpose, and Accountability, offering both a safety net and a way forward for the community.

Role Description

The Google Ads Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that support ACSSA’s outreach and awareness goals. This role includes conducting keyword research, configuring and managing search and display campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to improve results. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with program priorities, craft compelling ad copy, and ensure that all paid efforts reflect the agency’s values and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks also involve reporting on campaign performance, managing budgets, maintaining compliance with platform policies, and identifying new opportunities to reach and engage target audiences.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
