We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist

We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist to manage and scale client accounts across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube Ads.

JB Marketing is a specialist Google Ads agency for D2C ecommerce brands. We work with founders doing £2-5M+ in revenue who've built their business on Meta and are ready to add Google as a serious second channel.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and optimising Google Ads accounts with monthly budgets ranging from £10k to £100k+
  • Building, launching, and scaling Search, Shopping, and PMax campaigns for Shopify brands
  • Daily optimisation: bid adjustments, negative keywords, search term analysis, budget pacing
  • Owning feed optimisation and conversion tracking across all accounts
  • Delivering clear, results-focused performance reporting to clients weekly
  • Identifying and executing opportunities to scale accounts toward agreed profit and ROAS targets

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
