LYNA is an AI-powered cycle and nutrition app helping women better understand the connection between their menstrual cycle, nutrition, energy and wellbeing.
Through features such as AI-powered meal scanning, cycle-aware nutrition insights and personalised recommendations, LYNA is building a new approach to women's health and everyday nutrition.
About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, analytical Google Analytics & Growth Intern to help us understand how users discover, experience and engage with LYNA.
This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with a growing startup and gain practical experience in Google Analytics, user behaviour analysis, conversion optimisation and growth marketing.
You’ll help turn data into actionable insights that can influence how we improve our website, marketing and user journey.
What You’ll Do
- Set up, monitor and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking
- Create and improve conversion and engagement tracking across the LYNA website
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor key performance metrics
- Analyse user journeys, acquisition channels and website behaviour
- Identify where users drop off and suggest opportunities to improve conversion
- Track key events such as sign-ups, app downloads, clicks and other important user actions
- Support UTM and campaign tracking
- Analyse traffic sources and marketing performance
- Conduct basic funnel and cohort analysis
- Research competitors and identify growth opportunities
- Turn analytics findings into clear, practical recommendations
- Work with the wider team to test ideas and measure their impact

What We’re Looking For
- An interest in Google Analytics, digital marketing, growth or data analytics
- Basic understanding of GA4 and website analytics
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Curious about why users behave the way they do
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to communicate insights clearly
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- A willingness to learn and take ownership
You don’t need to be an analytics expert. We’re much more interested in someone who is curious, proactive and excited to learn by working on a real product.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Analytics 4
- Google Tag Manager experience
- Looker Studio / data visualisation experience
- Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Experience with UTM tracking
- Familiarity with A/B testing
- Basic SQL or data analysis skills
- Previous experience working with a startup, app or digital product

Important Information
This is a 3-month unpaid internship designed as a learning and practical experience opportunity.
You’ll be given meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to work on real analytics and growth projects rather than simply shadowing the team.
