Who Are We Looking For
We are looking for a mission-orientated, highly experienced paid performance advertising manager to join us at an exciting point in our journey. You will have a huge impact on our marketing strategies and be responsible for managing paid PPC campaigns across the most popular marketing platforms, in order to drive high-quality traffic to our marketplace brands.
Your Responsibilities
- Own paid media strategy, forecasting, budgeting and channel allocation across multiple brands.
- Plan, optimise and scale lead generation campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta paid social while managing budgets to CPL, CPA, revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop campaign structures, keyword and audience strategies, and deliver ongoing testing and optimisation to improve performance.
- Implement and maintain accurate tracking, attribution and CRM integrations, including offline and enhanced conversions.
- Analyse campaign performance, lead quality and commercial outcomes to drive data-led decisions and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion, automate processes and ensure compliance with advertising policies and regulations.
- Stay current with platform updates, AI-driven features and industry best practices.

Key Experience Required
- 3+ years of proven experience in a paid performance marketing role.
- University degree in Marketing or an analytical based subject field.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Display), Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven success managing high-volume lead generation campaigns across multiple products or brands.
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimisation, including CPL, CPA, ROAS, lead quality and profitability metrics.
- Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, offline conversions and CRM attribution.
- Advanced analytical skills, including reporting, forecasting, keyword research, competitor analysis and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of automated bidding, audience targeting, landing page optimisation and conversion rate testing.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets within performance marketing, marketplace or lead generation environments.
