Day to Day
An entertainment client is seeking a Google Workspace Administrator to join their team! This individual will help manage and support a large enterprise Google environment, including Google Workspace administration, GCP support, user management, troubleshooting, and infrastructure administration tasks. A major focus of the role will be supporting merger and acquisition activity by migrating acquired companies into the organization's enterprise Google ecosystem and helping consolidate separate environments.
The position will work closely with Google engineers, Corporate IT teams, M&A stakeholders, and end users while managing tickets through Zendesk, resolving technical issues, and helping design scalable solutions across Google's suite of services. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity located in London, UK, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite presence 3 days per week.

Must Haves
- 5+ years of Google Workspace / Google Services administration experience
- Experience supporting Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments
- Experience managing enterprise Google Workspace environments
- User administration, provisioning, permissions, security, and support
- Experience handling migrations and enterprise account consolidations
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as Zendesk
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues
- Experience collaborating across multiple business and technical teams
