Role Overview
Our client operates in the telecommunications sector, focusing on unified communications solutions and services.
Our client operates a large enterprise collaboration environment and is looking for an experienced Google Workspace specialist to support administration, service operations, incident resolution, and user support across the Google productivity ecosystem.
The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace administration, Gmail, Meet, Drive, Chat, Docs, Sheets, and Slides, together with experience handling Level 2 incidents, service requests, ITSM processes, and user escalations.

CONTRACT: short-term contract (up to 1 year)
LOCATIONS: On-site in Ottobrunn, Germany; Getafe, Spain; or Stevenage, United Kingdom
PROCESS: intro call + 2-step client interview process
Responsibilities
- Administer and support the Google Workspace environment.
- Manage users, accounts, access, and application settings.
- Resolve Level 2 Google Workspace incidents and service requests.
- Support Gmail, Google Meet, Drive, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and related services.
- Handle incidents and requests through ITSM tools such as Remedy.
- Respond to application-specific user requests and escalations.
- Investigate recurring issues and identify technical knowledge gaps.
- Support Google case management and vendor escalation where required.
- Produce basic service and operational reporting.
- Identify ITIL/process gaps and contribute to service improvements.
- Support knowledge transfer and handover to support technicians.
- Coordinate with adjacent teams covering Microsoft 365, email, and network infrastructure where needed.

Requirements
- Advanced hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Strong knowledge of Gmail, Google Meet, Google Drive, Google Chat, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Proven experience resolving Level 2 Google Workspace incidents and requests.
- Strong user-support and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience with ITSM incident and request management, preferably Remedy.
- Good understanding of Google Workspace application and service management.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, global email services, and network infrastructure.
