Role: Governance and Administration Coordinator
Hours: Full time
Pay: Up to £34700 GBP Gross p/a (dependent on experience)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Manchester, UK (hybrid working available, 2 days in office expected)

UK-Med is a frontline medical aid charity. Born of the NHS, we’ve been working for over 30 years towards a world where everyone has the healthcare they need when crises or disasters hit.
We are on the lookout for an organised, motivated and skilled Governance and Administration Coordinator. In this vital role, you will support the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of Governance and Administration with providing executive support and ensuring effective administrative and governance operations. This is a varied role that includes managing the CEO diary, coordinating, administering and providing minutes for meetings, being the first point of contact for the office and overseeing the planning of organisational events like 'Teams week'.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing administrative and governance support for Trustee Boards and Senior Management and have exceptional organisational and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is motivated, a team player, and takes initiative when required.
