Governance & Data Compliance Manager
Competitive salary and benefits, Suffolk
The Opportunity
Working for one of the UK's most exciting and bleeding-edge AI and computer vision technology businesses. This is one of the most exciting and innovative small businesses, with a product that stuns its audiences.
With a host of new customers, and data at the core of the product, we're looking for an experienced manager to ensure everything not only runs smoothly, but is essential to new customer partnerships.
The Job
If you're at your best when everything is organized, evidenced, and audit-ready, this is the sort of role where your work genuinely matters. You'll sit at the center of governance, risk, and compliance for a growing technology business, helping to make sure certifications, controls, and assurance activities stand up to scrutiny every day, not just when an audit is looming.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
