Help strengthen the foundations of a growing Birmingham CIC
Use your governance, compliance or voluntary-sector leadership expertise to review our structures, policies, risk and board arrangements and help ensure Integrate Hope is ready for sustainable growth.
What difference will you make?
Strong governance will give Integrate Hope the foundations it needs to grow responsibly and sustainably.
- Your expertise will help us identify potential risks and gaps before they become problems and ensure our systems remain appropriate as our programmes, partnerships and funding increase.
- Stronger governance can also increase confidence among funders, commissioners and corporate partners considering investing in or working alongside us.
- Most importantly, your contribution will help ensure Integrate Hope remains accountable to the communities we serve while developing into a resilient and professionally governed organisation.
- Rather than simply providing short-term assistance, you will help establish structures and practices that can support the organisation for years to come.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
