Governance Co-ordinator/Administrator Opportunity
Are you an organised and detail-driven Co-ordinator or Administrator looking for a role where you can make a real impact? Do you thrive in a fast-paced governance environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance in everything you do?
We're looking for a Governance Co-ordinator to help provide essential administrative support to the Governance team, helping ensure that key processes across our function run smoothly and efficiently. (This role is known as Governance Administrator internally).
Responsibilities
- Governance & Compliance: You will be involved in supporting the team across governance, data protection and insurance, for example by co-ordinating the signing and sealing process by organising signatories and logging the use of the Company seal, managing the wider team's inbox and other ad-hoc administration.
- Procurement & Finance: You will raise purchase orders, process invoices for goods and services, and assist with budget management by identifying miscoded expenditure. You will also assist in setting up and maintaining accurate records for new and existing suppliers.
- General Administration: You will organise meetings and venues, prepare agendas and minutes, respond to routine information requests, and accurately maintain databases, reports, and presentations.
- Contract Management: You will support the Head of Governance in managing key governance contracts such as our legal panel contract, including the collation of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data, monitoring documentation, and arranging meetings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
