Salary £36,260 per year

Location Hybrid - Milton Keynes

This is a Permanent, Full Time vacancy that will close 11 hours ago at 23:59 BST.

The Vacancy

Are you organised, detail-focused and confident supporting senior colleagues? Join Amplius as a Governance Coordinator, helping keep our Boards and Committees running smoothly. You’ll coordinate meetings, papers and events, support Board Members and work with colleagues across Amplius to make sure everything is well planned, on time and delivered to a high standard.

Salary: £36,260 per year

Contract: Permanent, full time

Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.15pm

Location: Hybrid - weekly presence in our Milton Keynes office, with occasional travel to other offices as and when required.

Snapshot of your role

  • Coordinate agendas, forward plans and meeting papers, making sure colleagues know what is needed and when.
  • Take and produce accurate minutes for Board, Committee and Involved Customer meetings where required.
  • Support Board effectiveness reviews, appraisals and recruitment to Boards and Committees.
  • Act as a key contact for Board and Committee Members, following up enquiries and issues with colleagues.
  • Arrange travel, catering and governance events, including strategy days, stock tours and Board Member development sessions.
  • Work with colleagues across Amplius to provide effective governance support and ensure meetings and activities are delivered to a high standard.

What You’ll Need To Thrive In This Role

  • GCSEs at grade C or above, including Maths and English, with good IT skills.
  • Experience in a similar coordination or administrative role, with strong Governance experience.
  • Excellent planning, organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, flexible and collaborative approach, with the ability to build positive working relationships and meet deadlines.
