We are currently hiring a ILM Governance Manager for an exciting client engagement.
Role: ILM Governance Manager
Location: London, Bristol, or Manchester, UK (Hybrid)
Positions: Contract (Inside IR35)
Duration: 12 Months
Job Description
Designs and runs the governance that makes ILM one function across the Client (excl. Openreach): supplier segmentation with named owners for every strategic and critical supplier, an enforced Source-to-Contract to in-life handover gate, tiered review cadence, end-to-end S2P RACI, and benefits evidenced into Finance.

- Designed and ran supplier/SRM governance in a large multi-BU organisation
- Hands-on CLM configuration – Sirion preferred (Icertis, Ironclad or Ariba Contracts acceptable): obligation tracking, stage-gate workflows, approvals, alerts
- Understands contract-to-P2P data flow (supplier master, contract-PO linkage in SAP/Ariba) so handover standards are enforceable in-system
- Can specify governance reporting, taxonomy and benefits-tracking logic with a data/product team
- Senior stakeholder management across Procurement, Finance and transformation; SteerCo-level programme experience
- Telecoms/tech categories desirable
