Underwriting Governance Manager
Opportunity working with a top 10 global reinsurance group. In this exciting role, you will help grow and shape an evolving underwriting governance function in providing strategic and operational support to the Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO) by managing underwriting governance, guidelines, and strategy across the Group.

- Support the Head of Underwriting Governance and CUO in the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Group underwriting strategy and governance frameworks.
- Work closely with underwriting teams to monitor performance, identify emerging trends and risks, and ensure underwriting guidelines and strategies remain aligned with business plans and market developments.
- Provide analysis, recommendations, and executive-level reporting to support senior decision-making, including leveraging data, analytics, and AI to enhance underwriting oversight, governance, and efficiency.

What You Need to Have:
- 5+ years’ experience in an Underwriting Governance/ Controls centered role within the London Insurance Market.
