Senior Company Secretary / Governance Manager
Remote (UK) | Flexible Working | London Board Meetings (1–2 per month)
We’re looking for an experienced governance professional to join our growing Governance team.
This is an opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including listed companies, regulated businesses, private companies, and not-for-profit organisations. Rather than being confined to a single area, you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your experience across a wide range of governance and corporate advisory work.
The role is fully remote with a flexible approach to working, although occasional attendance at client board meetings (typically in London) will be required. Therefore being within a commutable distance to London is important.
The Role
As part of our Governance team, you’ll play a key role in supporting clients with company secretarial, governance, and corporate compliance matters.
Your responsibilities may include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
