Governance Manager (Hybrid, London)
£43,813 + benefits | Progression to £53,038 | Flexible working
A great opportunity for an experienced governance professional to join a senior leadership environment and shape high-quality governance, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Lead governance frameworks and compliance.
- Support the Chief Executive with strategic governance insight.
- Manage Council, Board, and Committee operations.
- Oversee AGM and election processes.
- Develop governance KPIs and reporting systems.
- Drive consistent stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
- Line manage the Executive Assistant.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in governance/elections within a membership organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organisational ability.
- Confidence with reports, minutes, and numerical data.
- High proficiency in MS Office.
