Position Summary
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Governess/Nanny to join a prestigious UHNWI private household in Dubai. The role combines exceptional childcare, educational support, child development, school coordination, enrichment activities, and international travel. The successful candidate should have experience working with high-profile/UHNW families and demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- English: Fluent/Excellent English required
- Second language: Arabic, German, Italian, or Spanish preferred
- Qualification: Norland or equivalent qualification required
- Proven experience: as a Governess, Educated Nanny, or similar role
- Previous experience: working with UHNW/high-profile families preferred
- Willingness to relocate: to Dubai
- Willingness to travel: internationally with the family
- Valid First Aid & CPR certification
- Strong knowledge: of children's education and development
- Excellent experience: with school-age children and educational activities
- Professional, discreet, adaptable, and confident: working in a private household

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care, supervision, and educational support to the children.
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate educational and enrichment activities.
- Assist with homework, reading, learning, and personal development.
- Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups and coordinate with school staff.
- Organize and supervise playdates, outings, sports, arts, music, and other activities.
- Accompany the family on domestic and international travel.
- Manage children's routines, schedules, packing, and requirements during travel.
- Coordinate children's appointments, extracurricular activities, and events.
- Create a safe, nurturing, organized, and stimulating environment for the children.
- Work professionally alongside the existing household team, including nannies, maids, drivers, and other staff.
