GP PARTNERSHIP / SALARIED GP

48 sessions per week | Flexible start date

Join a supportive training practice in the heart of Fife

Are you looking to work with a primary care team devoted to holistic patient care and training doctors for the future? Come and become our next GP at Bennochy Medical Centre. Central Fife location, with Edinburgh around 35 minutes away and easy commuting from many areas outside Fife.

WHY JOIN BENNOCHY?

  • 15 minute appointments, maximum 24 patients per day, keeping with BMA guidance.
  • Protected weekly administration time.

  • 8 weeks of leave per year.

  • Negotiable sessional commitment and flexible start date.
  • Large free car park.
  • Recently completed renovations: 4 additional consulting rooms, new reception, interview room and large admin wing.

OUR PRACTICE

  • Well-established and respected postgraduate and undergraduate training practice, with opportunities to be involved in teaching.
  • We are committed to providing high quality care to our patients and regularly seeking ways to improve and adapt to new challenges.
  • Friendly multidisciplinary team committed to high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Advanced Nurse Practitioner minor ailment clinics and practice nurse-led chronic disease clinics.
  • Integrated practice-based district nursing and CTAC teams, plus locally based health visitors.
  • On site pharmacy support.
  • Experienced and capable management team.
  • In-house minor surgery, family planning and child health surveillance.
  • EMIS (soon to be VISION) and Docman clinical systems; MJOG and Lexacom users
  • GMS practice caring for approximately 9,900 patients - 1800 patients per WTE GP
