- Acting as GPA’s point person on ESG-related matters: Including reporting tasks, pay transparency, and the like.
- Coordinating GPA work on intellectual property rights: Leading bi-monthly IPR check-ins; ensuring IP-related issues are reflected in the wider GPA policy agenda and advocacy efforts.
- Supporting foresight-related work: Through dashboards, horizon scans, and impact analysis.
- Coordinating GPA policy updates: And monthly update communications.
- Leading the GPA-internal Value Chain Policy Working Group: Including shaping its future structure and assessing whether sub-groups, such as on IPR and LEGO SMART Play, should continue or evolve; and ensuring strong bridges to related GPA working groups, including on environmental and digital topics.
- Serving as a key point of contact: For internal cross-functional partners, including Tax, Product design, Compliance, Legal, Procurement, and Supply Chain Operations.
This position will be based in Copenhagen, Billund, or London and relocation support is not offered for this role.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
