The Role
At Scrumconnect Ltd, we are passionate about delivering digital and technology services that create meaningful impact across the UK public sector and enterprise clients. As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our business development activities, building client relationships, and helping grow our footprint across government and enterprise accounts.
This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career within a growing IT consultancy, working closely with Account Managers, Business Development Leads, Delivery teams, and technical consultants. You will gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle within a B2B technology and consultancy environment, while building strong foundations in prospecting, client engagement, negotiation, and account growth.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will:
- Support Business Development and Account Management teams with lead generation, prospecting, and outreach activities.
- Research target markets, clients, and sectors to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
- Help maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead, opportunity, and pipeline data.
- Support scheduling and coordination of client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategy.
- Liaise with internal teams including delivery, recruitment, and operations to support client onboarding and account growth.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal sales processes and reporting.

What We're Looking For
We do not expect extensive experience — we will provide training, mentoring, and support to help you develop your career. We are looking for someone who brings:
Essential:
- A recent degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Sales, or related subjects are advantageous).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence engaging with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, resilient, and target-driven attitude.
- Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

Desirable (not essential):
- Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Prior experience in a sales, customer service, or client-facing role (internship or part-time counts).
