WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GRADUATE WHO IS NOT CURRENTLY EMPLOYED AND LOOKING FOR THEIR FIRST ROLE SINCE LEAVING UNIVERSITY

Role Description

The Graduate Sales Executive – Enigma MedTech is a full-time remote role focused on supporting sales growth for Enigma's products and services. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and qualifying prospective clients
  • Conducting outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings
  • Presenting product/service features and benefits in a clear and professional manner
  • Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems
  • Preparing proposals and quotations under guidance from senior team members
  • Following up on leads to progress opportunities through the sales pipeline

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.
  • Commercial awareness and interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management in a healthcare or technology context.
  • Comfort with remote working tools, including video conferencing, CRM platforms, and office productivity software.
  • Ability to analyze basic sales data, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Organizational skills for managing multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of education, preferably in business, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Interest in medical technology and willingness to develop product knowledge; prior experience or internships in sales or customer-facing roles are advantageous but not required.
