- Managing child behaviour
- Assisting in play-based learning
- Maintaining effective communication with parents and teachers
You will work closely with educators to implement educational programmes while supervising lunchtime activities, ensuring that children are engaged and supported throughout the school day.
The standard working hours for this role are 09:00 AM – 05:00 AM (approx. 20 hours per day) for the morning shift. This Hybrid role ensures a balanced work-life dynamic with flexible scheduling and supportive team collaboration.
Requirements
- Child Behaviour Management skills to effectively support and guide students.
- Knowledge of Child Development to facilitate age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Understanding of Child Nutrition to promote healthy eating habits.
- Child Protection Certification to ensure the safety and welfare of children.
- Awareness of Child Safety practices to maintain a secure environment.
- Experience in Teaching Assistant Support to enhance educational delivery.
- Classroom Management abilities to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Effective Parent-Teacher Communication skills to foster partnerships.
- Knowledge of Play-based Learning strategies to engage young learners.
- School Lunchtime Supervision experience to ensure student safety and engagement.
