Role Overview
We’re looking for a recent graduate with strong technical skills to support our expanding trading activity through front-office and logistical operations. The role sits within a small, collaborative, and highly experienced team.

Key Accountabilities
- Provide front office and logistical support for trading operations
- Coordinate daily position checks and resolve any discrepancies
- Support traders through timely deal entry and other administrative tasks
- Address and resolve queries from middle and back-office teams
- Troubleshoot operational issues related to trading systems during day-to-day activities
- Participate in on-call support rotation, including remote weekend coverage on an alternating basis
- Coordinate operational readiness for key market events (e.g., month-end, New Year, daylight saving time changes)
- Ensure adherence to contractual, licensing, regulatory, and internal policy requirements
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned ad hoc projects
- Contribute to the automation and streamlining of routine administrative tasks

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Finance, STEM, or an energy-related discipline
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with familiarity in data analysis and reporting tools
- Experience with VBA, SQL, and Python is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with clear written and verbal communication
- Demonstrates sound judgment and effective decision-making
- Able to perform well under pressure while maintaining energy and focus
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
- Proactive and self-directed, with the ability to work independently when needed
- Team-oriented, with a resilient and adaptable approach
- Quick to learn new concepts, systems, and processes
