Are you looking to join a rotational graduate programme, starting in September 2027? Our two-year programme gives you the opportunity to gain experience across different business areas, contribute to meaningful projects and learn from experienced colleagues along the way.

Your Career

Our Graduate Programme is designed to help you explore different career paths while developing the skills you'll need for the future of work. Through rotations across teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Software Development and Professional Services, you'll gain a broad understanding of how MHR operates and discover where your strengths and interests lie. Along the way, you'll contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives that support business priorities and help shape your development throughout the programme.

You'll have the opportunity to:

Your Team

As part of the Graduate Programme, you'll join a cohort of graduates. You'll learn alongside peers who are at a similar stage in their careers, sharing experiences, building connections and supporting one another throughout your journey. You'll also have access to ongoing support from the MHR Academy team, helping you make the most of every rotation and development opportunity.

As you move through the programme, you'll work with a variety of teams across the business, giving you the opportunity to learn from people with different skills, experiences and perspectives. Throughout each rotation, you'll be supported by your manager and colleagues.

  • Recent graduates (within the last 2 years) who have achieved or are working towards achieving a 2:1 degree.
  • Right to work in the UK

Please note: our graduates are based at our head office in Nottingham.
