Graduate Operations Analyst – Fintech
Are you an Engineering or STEM graduate looking to start your career within the fast-growing world of fintech and digital assets?
Fidarsi is partnering with an innovative fintech platform to appoint a Graduate Operations Analyst to join its Operations team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, analytical and technically minded graduate who is keen to build a career within financial services and gain hands-on exposure to digital assets, transaction processing and financial markets.
You don't need previous experience within digital assets or financial services. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in understanding how technology and financial markets work.
The Role
Working as part of the Operations team, you will:
- Process and monitor transactions, client requests and exceptions, ensuring outstanding items are investigated and resolved promptly
- Identify and resolve operational issues, working with Compliance, Technology and other internal teams where required
- Investigate transaction exceptions and escalate potential issues or control breakdowns appropriately
- Develop a strong understanding of transaction processing across different asset classes, including digital assets
- Build knowledge of operational controls, processes and the wider financial services environment
- Support the maintenance of operational policies, procedures and process documentation
- Assist with training and the ongoing development of transaction-processing systems and processes
- Work closely with teams across the business in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment

About You
We would particularly like to hear from graduates with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or another STEM-related discipline.

You will ideally be:
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
- Naturally curious and interested in understanding how systems and processes work
- Extremely accurate with excellent attention to detail
- Confident working with data and technology
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively
- Interested in fintech, financial markets and/or digital assets
- Keen to learn and build a long-term career within Operations
