Graduate Operations Analyst – Fintech

Fidarsi is partnering with an innovative fintech platform to appoint a Graduate Operations Analyst to join its Operations team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, analytical and technically minded graduate who is keen to build a career within financial services and gain hands-on exposure to digital assets, transaction processing and financial markets.

You don't need previous experience within digital assets or financial services. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in understanding how technology and financial markets work.

The Role

Working as part of the Operations team, you will:

• Process and monitor transactions, client requests and exceptions, ensuring outstanding items are investigated and resolved promptly
• Identify and resolve operational issues, working with Compliance, Technology and other internal teams where required
• Investigate transaction exceptions and escalate potential issues or control breakdowns appropriately
• Develop a strong understanding of transaction processing across different asset classes, including digital assets
• Build knowledge of operational controls, processes and the wider financial services environment
• Support the maintenance of operational policies, procedures and process documentation
• Assist with training and the ongoing development of transaction-processing systems and processes
• Work closely with teams across the business in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment
