Join Our Team - Graduate Account Manager

Role Overview

As a Graduate Account Manager, you’ll begin your career journey with a starting salary of £30k and an uncapped bonus. You can focus on your career development and personal growth in a position where being entrepreneurial, resilient, and tenacious are at the forefront and no two days are the same!

Career Progression

  • First year – Stage 1 Account Manager
    • Basic Salary – £30K
  • 12+ months – Progression Stage 2 Account Manager
    • Basic Salary – £35K
  • 24+ months – Progression Stage 3 Senior Account Manager
    • Basic Salary – £40K
  • 36+ months – Progression Stage 4 Account Partner
    • Basic Salary – £45K
  • 48+ months – Progression Stage 5 Senior Account Partner
    • Basic Salary – £50K & a company car

A Typical Day

  • Keep your customers up to date by communicating updates regularly.
  • Liaise with our Operations Teams to ensure all journeys are smooth-running.
  • Guide your customer through any hitches in the process.
  • Source leads, make contact by phone calls and video, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Have full autonomy of the sales cycle from sourcing to managing all your accounts in your portfolio.
  • Collaborate with our Operations Team to source and quote for the best solutions for both new and existing customers.
  • Navigate through the ever-changing world of logistics.

Is This Role for You?

  • Minimum of 6 months customer facing experience
  • 2:1 degree
  • Confident in reaching out and instigating conversations with potential customers
  • Passionate about providing value to customers
  • Driven, resilient, and determined to succeed
  • Can work independently
