Account Manager / Area Sales Manager / Field Merchandiser – Luxury Interiors (Graduate Opportunity)
Location: South West (location BA EX PL EX TA)
Rare opportunity to be developed by a major luxury interiors brand.
This is a field-based Account Manager / Area Sales Manager / Field Merchandiser position, ideal for a graduate looking to build a long-term career in account management and merchandising within the luxury interiors market. No prior sales or merchandising experience is required, as full structured training is provided from day one.
As an Account Manager / Area Sales Manager / Field Merchandiser, you will represent a leading premium manufacturer, promoting new and existing collections while delivering a best-in-class in-store experience with independent retailers.
The Role:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of accounts as an Account Manager
- Build strong relationships with store owners and key decision makers
- Act as a Merchandiser by creating and maintaining high-quality displays
- Showcase new and existing product collections in store
- Increase in-store footprint and brand visibility
- Support retailers with layout, presentation, and product positioning
- Educate customers and retail teams on product offering and brand values
- Deliver against growth targets within your territory

The Candidate:
- A degree in any discipline, or equivalent experience
- Strong customer engagement and relationship building skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and commercially aware approach
- Passion for interiors, presentation, and in-store experience
- Full UK driving licence
- No prior experience required, full training provided
The Package:
- Basic salary circa £38,000 - £40,000
- Profit share bonus circa £8,000
- Hybrid SUV company car
