A typical day:

  • Their customer's success is at the heart of everything they do – it’s paramount to always keep customers up to date by communicating updates regularly.
  • You will oversee that all journeys are smooth-running. If there is a hitch, you’ll be on hand to guide your customer through the process.
  • Sourcing leads, making contact by phone calls and video, and pro-actively building relationships with new and existing customers, to ensure you are meeting their needs and develop future opportunities with existing accounts.
  • You will have full autonomy of the sales cycle from sourcing to managing all your accounts in your portfolio.
  • Collaborating with our Operations Team to source and quote for the best solutions for both new and existing customers via all modes of transport and markets.
  • Navigating through the ever-changing world of logistics – every day is a school day! Eager to learn and develop your own knowledge, whilst being supported by industry professionals.

Role requirements:

  • 2:1 degree classification.
  • 6 months customer facing experience.
  • Confident communication.
  • Driven, resilient and determined to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently.
