As a Graduate Account Manager, You'll Be Out Meeting Customers, Learning the Products, and Building the Kind of Relationships That Turn into Long-Term Business
You’ve got the degree. You’ve got the energy. Now you want a role that gives you a proper route into surgical sales.
As a Graduate Account Manager, you’ll be out meeting customers, learning the products, and building the kind of relationships that turn into long-term business. You’ll get real exposure to hospital environments, working with nurse call and digital healthcare solutions that support communication, workflows and patient care across secondary care settings.
If you’re personable, hungry to learn, and serious about building a career in medtech sales, this is a strong place to start. You’ll join a growing business where good people are given responsibility early and where there’s plenty of room to make your mark.
Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?
We are a nurse call and digital solution provider that is looking for energised people to help them tackle the ever-changing demands of the healthcare environment. Their strong heritage - and hefty market share - makes them an exciting place to continue your career in the acute care setting.
As you do just that, you’ll have access to competitive salary and benefits, including performance related commission and car allowance. Opportunities for professional growth and development don't hurt, either.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
