Equifind have partnered with a boutique accounting and advisory firm based in Mayfair to recruit a Graduate Accountant to join their accounting team.
This fast-growing firm offers a brilliant opportunity for someone with ambitions to truly progress in the coming years and wants to work closely with experienced managers.
The firm has a distinct market offering and an impressive client base, ranging from private equity–backed businesses to publicly listed companies across Europe and North America.
The Role
The key responsibilities for the Graduate Accountant for the Accounting Practice based in Green Park will be:

- Assisting with monthly reporting Process (P&L, balance sheet & cash flow) and timely delivery of draft financial information
- Responsibility and ownership of accurate balance sheet accounts and reconciliations
- Assisting with the year-end audit and tax process
- Ensuring accounts are up to date and the payments and receipts are processed in a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc projects for the Head of Finance and CFO
Application Criteria
To be considered for the role of Graduate Accountant working for this Accounting Practice based in Green Park, candidates should ideally be:
- Ideally a graduate with a degree in a subject that represents numeracy, business or science
- Ideally from a Russell Group/Red Brick University but not mandatory
- Have an ambition or real desire to pursue the ACA qualification
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-growing environment
- Strong work ethic and good culture

Compensation
The Graduate Accountant working for this Accounting Practice based in Green Park will be paid a competitive market-based salary with full study support (ACA)
