About the Role
Are you a recent Accounting graduate looking to launch your career in finance? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level opportunity is designed for graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, and business finance.
No prior professional experience is required. Full training and mentorship will be provided to help you build a successful career in accounting and finance. Entry-level accounting roles commonly focus on bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting support, and month-end activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Record financial transactions accurately within accounting systems.
- Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
- Assist with preparing journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Help ensure compliance with company financial policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams on various accounting tasks.
- Assist with audit preparation and financial documentation.
- Perform administrative and finance-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
