Pegasus Group welcome applications for our 2026 Graduate Training Scheme. We invite you to join our dynamic Climate, Air and Noise team in our Manchester office, where you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects for diverse clients. This scheme offers valuable exposure and an excellent start to your career in a supportive training environment.
We are flexible for graduates to start throughout Summer / Autumn 2026.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for candidates to hold a BSc (or equivalent) in acoustics, physics, environmental science/engineering or related discipline.
We are seeking graduates who can demonstrate:
- A logical and analytical approach
- Some practical exposure to measurement or modelling (placements, dissertations or project work)
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to use your own initiative and to think outside the box
Work experience within this area would be advantageous but is not essential as you’ll be learning your new role on the job and with the support from our Graduate Training Scheme.
About the Role
As Graduate Acoustic Consultant you will work closely with the Climate, Air and Noise team to support the delivery of noise and vibration projects across planning, development and environmental monitoring.
