We're a fast-growing media agency working across a portfolio of on-demand TV channels, and we're looking for a sharp, organised graduate to join our Ad Operations team. This is a genuine entry point into the media industry: no jargon-filled gatekeeping, just hands-on experience with real campaigns, real clients, and real revenue from day one.

The Role
As a Graduate Ad Operations Executive, you'll support our internal sales team by keeping advertising campaigns running smoothly across our on-demand TV channels. You'll get hands-on with the platforms and processes that power TV and digital advertising, work directly with media agencies and clients, and play a real part in growing the business — all while learning from a team that will actively invest in your development.

What You'll Be Doing
- Campaign delivery — making sure every advertising campaign is set up correctly, trafficked accurately, and delivered exactly as booked
- Inventory & trafficking — managing ad inventory and copy allocation using Google's ad server (DFP) and other operations tools — full training provided
- Reporting & forecasting — producing weekly delivery reports and monthly revenue/impressions forecasts to keep everyone on track
- Client & agency relationships — liaising with media agencies and direct clients on bookings, amendments, and campaign performance
- Revenue growth — spotting new advertisers and sales opportunities, and helping pitch for new business as our channel portfolio grows
- Team collaboration — working closely with the sales and ops team, with the opportunity to help train junior starters as you grow into the role
What We're Looking For

- A recent graduate (or equivalent) with a genuine interest in media, TV or digital advertising
- Highly organised with sharp attention to detail — you'll be juggling multiple campaigns and deadlines
- Comfortable working with numbers and reports — confidence in Excel is a big plus
- A clear, confident communicator who's happy liaising with clients and agencies
- Proactive and curious, with a genuine appetite for learning new systems and platforms
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
What's On Offer
- £22,000–£25,000 depending on experience
- 4 days in the office, Fridays from home, based in London
