The Mission:
The car is becoming a computer on wheels, and AI is moving from the cloud to the edge; right onto silicon. Our S32N automotive MPUs pack proprietary AI IP blocks that let carmakers run machine learning where it matters: in the vehicle, in real-time, safely.
We're building the next generation of our Glasgow applications team, and we want people who are AI-native; who reach for an LLM, a notebook, or a model before a manual. You won't just support customers; increasingly you'll be leading them, showing the world's biggest automotive names what's possible with our devices before they even ask.
What You'll Actually Do:
- Get hands-on fast with our S32N MPUs and AI toolchains — preparing, optimising and deploying ML models onto real automotive hardware.
- Prototype new AI use-cases (on-device assistants, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, etc.) and turn them into demos that win designs.
- Write clean, modern software; and use AI coding assistants, CI/CD and automation as everyday tools, not afterthoughts.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with global customers and our worldwide engineering teams, becoming the technical voice that shapes how our AI silicon gets used.
- Bring fresh thinking. If there's a faster, smarter, more automated way; then we want you to find it and share it!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
