Company Description

Iota Labs LTD (iotalabs.ai) builds practical AI and automation systems that help businesses reduce friction, save time, and enable teams to do better work. The company focuses on real-world solutions such as custom AI chatbots, internal AI assistants, workflow automation, CRM and sales automation, and document intelligence tools. Iota Labs serves UK startups, SMEs, founders, operations leaders, and growing teams that want to streamline repetitive tasks and strengthen operational foundations. Rather than offering generic AI demos or complex platforms, Iota Labs starts with the business problem, maps processes, and delivers tailored systems that provide measurable value. Their goal is to build the systems that modern businesses run on, from first customer contact through to reporting and ongoing operations.

Role Description

As a Graduate AI Automation Engineer at Iota Labs LTD, you will support the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions for a variety of business processes. In this full-time remote role, you will help configure, test, and deploy systems such as AI assistants, workflow automations, CRM integrations, and document processing pipelines. Your day-to-day work will involve troubleshooting technical issues, refining process logic, collaborating with senior engineers to improve system performance, and documenting solutions for internal teams and clients. You will partner with product, operations, and client-facing colleagues to understand business requirements and translate them into reliable, maintainable technical implementations. This role offers hands-on experience with modern AI technologies and automation tools while contributing to practical solutions that deliver clear operational value.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
