Graduate AI Consultant

Start your career at the forefront of enterprise AI. We’re hiring the next cohort of graduates to join First AI as AI Business Consultants, working with major international organisations to implement and embed AI.

About First AI

First AI is a specialist enterprise AI consultancy focused on adoption and implementation. We help organisations turn Generative AI into measurable business impact.

Founded by leaders with experience at Microsoft and the University of Cambridge, we created our Generative AI Academy to develop commercially sharp, client-ready AI Consultants.

The Role

Following successful completion of the First AI Academy, you will join First AI as a Graduate AI Consultant and:

  • Work directly with enterprise clients deploying Microsoft Copilot
  • Identify and scope high-impact AI use cases across business functions
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and executive briefings
  • Translate operational challenges into practical AI-enabled workflows
  • Build agents using Copilot Studio and related tools
  • Prototype and iterate AI solutions in live business environments
  • Support behaviour change, stakeholder alignment, and sustained adoption

This is a client-facing role. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and change, not purely technical.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
