Ad agencies are dead. We're what comes next.
Growthcurve is the growth marketing agency founders, CMOs and investors call when they need to scale fast. Strategy, media and creative under one roof, with an in-house studio and AI built into how we work. We've supported companies spending over $100M a month on paid ads, for brands like Coinbase, AliExpress, Midnite and Finom.
You studied computer science, and you can see how fast the job of writing code is changing. We think the most interesting place to use those skills now is building AI tools, agents and one-off builds for some of the world's most ambitious brands.
THE ROLE
You'll join our growth engineering team, working hands-on across R&D and client delivery. One week that's an agent that saves our growth team hours; the next it's a special build for an ad campaign or a tool for a client. You'll work with growth, creative and production teams, and ship things people actually use.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build AI tools and agents with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI and others) that give our teams real time back
- Prototype and ship special builds for ad campaigns: interactive experiences, generators and data-driven creative
- Build client solutions: dashboards, automations and integrations between ad platforms, analytics and CRMs
- Run R&D on new models and tools, and turn what works into something the team can use
- Work with growth, creative and production teams to find the problems worth solving
- Document what you build so it gets used, not shelved

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
