Graduate AI Engineer (Entry-Level | No Experience Required)
About the Role
Are you a recent Artificial Intelligence (AI) graduate looking to launch your career in AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent technology solutions?
We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and technically curious Graduate AI Engineer to join our growing technology team. This entry-level role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about machine learning, generative AI, data, automation, and developing intelligent applications.
No prior professional experience is required. Training and mentorship will be provided to help you develop practical skills in AI engineering, machine learning, data processing, model development, and AI application development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and implementing AI and machine learning solutions.
- Prepare, clean, and process datasets for AI and machine learning applications.
- Assist with training, evaluating, and improving machine learning models.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and relationships.
- Support the development and integration of AI-powered applications and APIs.
- Assist with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or predictive modelling projects.
- Experiment with Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies.
- Evaluate model performance and document results, assumptions, and methodologies.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and technical teams.
- Assist with deploying and monitoring AI solutions in development or cloud environments.
- Conduct research into emerging AI tools, frameworks, and techniques.
- Follow responsible AI, data privacy, security, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts.
- Good knowledge of programming fundamentals.
- Basic proficiency in Python.
- Understanding of mathematics and statistics relevant to machine learning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn emerging AI technologies.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Python, NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Basic understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow or PyTorch is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs.
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is beneficial.
- Academic AI projects, research, GitHub repositories, Kaggle projects, or university dissertations are advantageous but not required.
