Job Overview:
As the Amazon Account Manager, you will develop and implement sell-in and sell-out strategies for one or more product categories on Amazon, working in coordination with the Amazon Lead. You will build a strong understanding of the Groupe SEB product portfolio and the categories you manage, analyse product performance, and turn insights into practical actions that increase sales, improve profitability and enhance the customer experience. You will take a proactive, data-led approach to improving the way Groupe SEB UK works with Amazon.
Key Responsibilities as the Amazon Account Manager at Groupe SEB:
- Take accountability for sell-in forecasts, sell-out performance and profitability across your assigned categories and products.
- Monitor product portfolio performance, analyse data to identify root causes, propose solutions and track delivery of agreed actions.
- Define promoted product lists and manage the annual promotional calendar, including accurate forecasting and consistent promotional execution.
- Track and report account performance against business objectives, operational measures and KPIs, identifying growth opportunities and corrective actions.
- Create and optimise product listings and product detail pages to improve visibility and conversion, supported by keyword analysis to strengthen search rankings.
- Collaborate with Retail Media teams to define appropriate levels of retail media investment.
- Maintain competitive intelligence across products, competitors and market trends, proposing initiatives to strengthen Groupe SEB's position on Amazon.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate product and campaign performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- Build a strong commercial relationship with Amazon Vendor Consultant and the Amazon Brand Specialist.
- Work cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Marketing, Supply and Finance teams, and collaborate with EU Amazon, Retail Media and Content teams.
- Support product availability by maintaining focus on the sell-in forecast plan and keeping products in stock.

Qualifications and Skills required as the Amazon Account Manager at Groupe SEB:
- A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally with a Business Management background.
- Commercially savvy and business-oriented, with the ability to connect performance insights to practical actions.
- Amazon Vendor Central knowledge is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Good understanding of the Amazon platform, including search mechanisms, listing rules and algorithms.
- Ability to learn and carry out Amazon activities such as keyword research, content writing and content uploading.
- Experience using business analytics tools, such as Qlik Cloud and Excel, to inform decisions and actions.
- Strong analytical capability, with the ability to evaluate product and campaign performance and identify root causes, opportunities and corrective actions.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to share learning across teams in a fast-changing Amazon environment.
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, project-ownership mindset.
