We are looking for an ambitious and analytical Graduate Analyst to support research, data analysis and business decision-making across a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse data and information to support business decisions.
  • Carry out research and identify relevant trends and insights.
  • Prepare clear reports, summaries and presentations.
  • Support ongoing analytical and operational projects.
  • Maintain accurate datasets, records and documentation.
  • Work with colleagues across different teams to gather information.
  • Help identify opportunities for process and performance improvements.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Graduate-level education or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good numerical ability and attention to detail.

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to organise priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Curious, proactive and comfortable learning new concepts.
