Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and analytical Graduate Analyst to support research, data analysis and business decision-making across a fast-paced professional environment.
This is an entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate who enjoys working with data, solving problems and turning information into clear, practical insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse data and information to support business decisions.
- Carry out research and identify relevant trends and insights.
- Prepare clear reports, summaries and presentations.
- Support ongoing analytical and operational projects.
- Maintain accurate datasets, records and documentation.
- Work with colleagues across different teams to gather information.
- Help identify opportunities for process and performance improvements.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
- Graduate-level education or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Confident working with spreadsheets, data and digital tools.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organise priorities and meet deadlines.
- Curious, proactive and comfortable learning new concepts.
