The Opportunity

This six-month, fixed-term role gives you the chance to understand how a regulated bank operates, and how the services we provide support the charity sector and the people who depend on it. You will be a valued part of our team, gaining real experience of the working world and building the key employability skills to set you up for what comes next.

You will be based at our Kent office in Kings Hill, three days a week. Please note public transport to this location is limited — the nearest train station is a 30-minute walk away, and bus services are irregular.
Who You Are
- A recent graduate with a STEM or related background
- Curious, detail-oriented, and able to see how the right data can inform decisions and tell a story
- Looking for a role that puts your skills to use and genuinely supports your growth and development
- Interested in a career in Financial Services and excited to take your first step into the sector — keen to understand how a bank operates and where you can contribute

What You'll Do
As a Graduate Analyst, you'll be involved in a range of activities across the Bank, including:
- Collecting, reporting, and investigating Management Information (MI)
- Supporting the delivery of change programmes
- Undertaking key operational tasks
Beyond your immediate team, you'll gain a broad overview of how the Bank works as a whole — through your induction and the interactions you'll have across different functions.
