A world-leading alternative investment management firm is seeking a talented individual to join their team. This firm is dedicated to achieving superior performance for sophisticated clients through systematic, discretionary, and solutions-based strategies. The Role
- Implement new business and portfolios, including funds, SMAs, and investment strategies
- Maintain the integrity of systematic models and steer the long-term development of trading initiatives
- Ensure quantitative strategies are implemented with precision and aligned with investment objectives
- Diagnose and resolve production issues rapidly, without introducing new risks
- Translate research ideas into robust, scalable solutions balancing speed, resilience, and business logic
- Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Trading, and technologists to design automated, scalable, and transparent trading architecture

What You'll Need
- Strong academic record with a higher education degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics)
- High level of curiosity and openness to new challenges
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and problem-solving in unstructured environments
- Strong communication skills to interact with peers and senior stakeholders
- Resilience and effective time management across multiple projects
- Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
