Our Graduate Analyst Programme
Our Graduate Analyst role offers the opportunity to start and grow your career at Baringa. As a permanent member of our team from day one, you'll work on a variety of real client and internal projects, develop valuable skills, and make a meaningful contribution from the outset.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants, building both your technical and professional capabilities through structured learning, hands-on experience, and ongoing development opportunities. Along the way, you'll build relationships across the business, collaborate with colleagues from different teams and sectors, and contribute to work that makes a real impact.

We're looking for Graduate Analysts to join our Capabilities practice, with opportunities available across several of our specialist business units. During the application process, you'll have the opportunity to select the business unit that best aligns with your interests and aspirations.

Supply Chain & Procurement
The SCP team helps organisations tackle complex challenges across their supply chains, procurement functions and commercial operations. Working with clients across the public and private sectors, we help organisations navigate an increasingly uncertain world, responding to challenges such as cost pressures, supply chain disruption, changing customer expectations and rapid technological change.
As part of SCP, you'll work on a diverse range of projects spanning supply chain strategy, procurement transformation, commercial advisory, logistics, and technology-enabled change, as part of either our Supply Chain or Procurement & Commercial practice. Our teams combine analytical thinking, practical problem-solving and deep industry expertise to help clients create efficient, resilient and sustainable organisations that deliver lasting value.

- No degree preference, analytical capabilities are key. If you have commercial acumen this is a bonus. Candidates may benefit from STEM experience, but this is not a requirement.
Data, AI, Solutions & Engineering

You’ll join with a cohort of our Graduate Analysts. As a cohort, you will participate in our Analyst Development Programme. Our programme is designed to develop the client, commercial and people skills that you need for a successful career at Baringa.
You will join our Global Analyst Community, connecting Analysts with one another to share their experiences and lessons learnt, whilst also gaining knowledge and skills from experienced Baringa people.
You decide on the development you need. We invest in you, to ensure you remain the best in the business, through formal training and qualifications, coaching and mentoring.
You can talk to anyone in the business. There are no barriers, and everyone is accessible, from our Analysts to our Partners. Our Partner to consultant ratio of 1:10, means you get to learn and work alongside our Directors and Partners on a daily basis.

All employees participate in the Baringa Group Profit Share Scheme, which seeks to ensure that everyone has a stake in the success of the company.
