This program is designed to enhance skills and provide a clear pathway towards eventual Chartered Engineer status.
About The IN2 Academy
The IN2 Academy is open to students undertaking relevant 3rd-level courses in the built environment, building services, and mechanical and electrical engineering sectors.
Those who show initiative and technical aptitude will be prioritized for selection.
The Academy features dedicated teaching spaces, support resources, and structured learning led by both in-house engineers and specialists from across the construction industry. You'll learn in a vibrant, operational working environment while benefiting from direct mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical and electrical design work, technical report writing for services such as HVAC, water, and waste systems
- Assisting senior engineers in day-to-day project management, site inspections, technical surveys, and design meetings
- Working on diverse projects across sectors like residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and more
