Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Applications Engineer, you’ll join our Combustion Rental and Rapid Response team, gaining hands-on experience across technical design, client engagement, and project delivery. You’ll be supported by experienced mentors and work closely with teams across Europe and the USA.

- Learn and Lead: Develop technical and commercial proposals for combustion rental and flare projects.
- Design with Purpose: Perform process design to select the right equipment for each client’s needs.
- Engage Globally: Attend meetings and site visits across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
- Collaborate Across Borders: Work with our UK team, European offices, and US headquarters.
- Grow Your Skills: Write formal quotations, manage correspondence, and support project progression.
Skills And Experience Required
- Educated to degree level in an Engineering discipline (Chemical Engineering an advantage)
- Passionate about the energy, oil & gas, or chemical process industries
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from real-world engineering challenges
- A confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Comfortable reading engineering drawings and using tools like Excel and Word
- Willing to travel internationally and work at heights when needed
- Holder of a full UK driving licence
