Graduate Classroom Assistant

Have you graduated within the last 5 years or are you a student in your final year of studying?
Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience while working hands-on with children with SEN or provide academic support to those struggling?

The Role

As a Graduate Classroom Assistant, you will:

  • Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons to children with SEN
  • Assist in implementing individualised learning plans
  • Encourage positive behaviour and social development
  • Observe and report on pupils' progress
  • Learn practical strategies for supporting children with a range of additional needs
  • Build valuable classroom experience to support a future career in education
