About CrossFX

CrossFX is a dollar-anchored FX infrastructure platform for emerging markets, delivering stable pricing, reliable liquidity, and frictionless settlement to reduce the cost and complexity of cross-border FX.

Built for high-volume flows, CrossFX enables global institutions and payment providers to scale efficiently across emerging market corridors through a single execution and liquidity infrastructure layer.

Role Brief

A high-exposure graduate role working directly with the CEO and Chief Business Officer to accelerate CrossFX's commercial growth and go-to-market execution. Until the GTM Marketing Lead is appointed, the CEO will retain direct responsibility for this capability and the Associate will provide hands-on support across market intelligence, sales enablement, client targeting, digital acquisition and commercial analysis.

Once the senior hire is in place, the Associate will have the opportunity to transition into and report through the GTM Marketing function, providing continuity, specialist development and continued exposure to senior leadership. The role offers exceptional experience across enterprise sales, product marketing, FX pricing and international growth within an early-stage financial infrastructure business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
