Graduate Associate Trader | Birmingham | £35,000 + benefits
Want to build a career in sales, trading and international markets? Sims Limited is looking for a Graduate Associate Trader to join its Sims Metal business in Birmingham.
This is an opportunity to step into a genuinely commercial role where you'll learn how global metal markets work, build relationships with customers and suppliers, identify new business opportunities and develop your skills across sales, buying and trading.

Who are we looking for?
We're interested in graduates who are:
- Commercially driven and ambitious
- Confident speaking to and building relationships with people
- Naturally curious and interested in how markets work
- Comfortable with numbers, data and analysis
- Proactive and willing to pick up the phone and create opportunities
- Resilient, competitive and motivated to succeed
- Interested in sales, buying, commodities or trading
A degree in any discipline is welcome, and experience in sales, buying, trading, commodities or a commercial environment would be advantageous, but it's not essential.
A full UK driving licence is required, as the role involves visiting customers and suppliers.
