Skybound Wealth Management - Graduate Associate – 2027

About Us

Skybound Wealth Management is a global financial advisory company with employees across the UK, USA, Switzerland, Cyprus, Spain, and UAE. We provide tailored financial advice to international clients, supported by expert teams across administration, compliance, and operations.

Over the past 25 years, we have built a strong track record of developing talented individuals into successful Private Wealth Advisers. In 2025, we formalised this approach through the launch of the Skybound Graduate Academy, creating a structured route for ambitious graduates to gain professional qualifications, practical experience, and exposure across an international wealth management business.

Following two successful Academy intakes, we are now recruiting our next cohort to begin in September 2027. This is an opportunity to start a commercially focused and highly client-facing career, supported by experienced professionals and with a defined pathway towards becoming a qualified Private Wealth Adviser.

About the Role

This is a highly client-facing and commercially focused role, suited to outgoing and ambitious individuals who enjoy building relationships, developing new business, and engaging with clients.

Over the 18-month Academy programme, you will develop the experience, knowledge, professional qualifications, and confidence needed to progress towards a career as a Private Wealth Adviser. You will gain practical experience across Paraplanning, Business Development, Compliance, Marketing, Technology, Tax, Property, and Client Services, giving you a broad understanding of how an international wealth management business operates.

Alongside these rotations, Skybound will sponsor you through the CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, providing financial support, structured study time, and practical training to help you apply your learning in a client environment.

Upon completing the Academy and the required professional qualifications, you will undertake an intensive week-long Adviser Course. Subject to successfully completing the programme and final assessment, you will progress into a Private Wealth Adviser role in London, where you will continue developing your technical knowledge, commercial skills, and client base.

After gaining at least 12 months of experience as a Private Wealth Adviser in London, there may be opportunities to explore roles across our international offices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
