Graduate Business Development Representative

Location: Manchester (Hybrid/Office-based)
Type: Full-time | Entry-level

We are looking for a driven and curious Graduate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team in Manchester. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who wants structured development, clear progression, and a supportive environment where learning and growth are genuinely prioritised.

You do not need prior sales experience to succeed here. We are focused on potential, attitude, and a willingness to learn.

The Role

As a Graduate BDR, you will help identify new business opportunities, start meaningful conversations with prospective customers, and support the wider sales function. You will receive full training, regular coaching, and clear expectations to help you build confidence and perform at a high level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify prospective clients and key decision-makers
  • Engage prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify leads and understand customer needs
  • Book meetings and demos for senior sales colleagues
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
  • Work towards achievable performance and development goals

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate (all degree disciplines considered)
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable building relationships and having professional conversations
  • Resilient, organised, and motivated to improve
  • Curious mindset and openness to coaching and feedback
  • Ability to balance independence with collaboration in a team setting
