We're hiring a Graduate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join an exciting Marketing Technology business based at the incredible Alderley Park campus. Whether you've recently graduated or are looking for your first step into a professional sales career, this role offers the training, support and progression needed to help you succeed.

You'll be joining a growing company operating in the fast-moving world of marketing technology, helping businesses improve their marketing performance through innovative software, data and AI-driven solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Graduate BDR, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth by identifying opportunities, starting conversations with potential customers, and generating qualified meetings for the wider sales team.

You'll be:

  • Speaking with prospective clients via phone, email and LinkedIn
  • Researching businesses and identifying key decision-makers
  • Building relationships and understanding business challenges
  • Generating and qualifying new sales opportunities
  • Booking meetings for senior sales colleagues
  • Learning proven sales techniques and consultative selling skills
  • Working closely with experienced sales leaders who will coach and mentor you

This role involves plenty of outreach and conversation, making it perfect for graduates who are confident, curious, and enjoy meeting new people.

Who We're Looking For
